These are qualities a crystal may possess.

Channeling Crystal - A crystal with a large seven-sided face with a triangular face on the back side is called a channeling crystal.  It is believed the Channeling crystal can be used for obtaining information from deep within yourself or from sources that are outside of your normal realm. The number seven is a metaphysical number symbolic of the student, the mystic, and the seeker of deeper truths and spiritual wisdom. Each side of the seven sides of the main face represents the seven qualities that the human consciousness must attain in order to access and channel the wisdom of the inner soul.

Phantom Crystals- (From Melody's, Love is in the Earth)  The phantom crystal is recognized by a "phantom" crystal within the crystal.  The phantom is comprised of a white or colored mineral and may be partial or complete.  The phantoms within a crystal provide an indication of the experiences, and the transformations, which the crystal has encountered during it's evolution.  The phantom crystal has experienced numerous lifetimes, of learning and "being", while continuing in the same physical configuration; the crystal represents many phases and the many types of life which may be experienced during one's lifetime.

The crystal symbolizes Universal Awareness.  It is one of the Earth stones to be used for redemption and cleansing of the Earth.  The energy of the phantom works to bring together the participants of humanity to save the planet.  The structure within the crystal exhibits triangular and pyramidal formations coupled, occasionally, with the likenesses of mountains and flowers; these formations emanate the energy to save, to renew, and to facilitate the spiritual health of the Earth.  The phantom allows the Earth to recall how it was prior to the initiation of destruction; hence, allowing for smoothness in Earth changes during the corrective processes.  Both polished and unpolished specimens are excellent energy sources for initiation of the healing; in fact, the beauty of the polished phantom assists in instilling the magnificence of the perfect undisturbed state of the original form.

It is an excellent tool for mediation and for assisting one in connecting with the higher realms of knowledge.  It can also be used to access the records of ones progression through past-lives.

One procedure for accessing past lives is as follows:

Sit quietly, initiate circular breathing, relax, and attune to the crystal;

Gaze within the phantom portion of the crystal;

Close the eyes and allow the after-image (or the image produced) to travel to the inner mind or to the area of the third eye; and

Allow the mind to travel through the personal memories and to track the history of the soul back to the creation.

Utilization of these stones to facilitate access to past-lives allows one to see these past-lives in a state of ascension, rather than in a state of reality where one is again the participant.  The mineral within the quartz, comprising the phantom, can act to facilitate the altered states when the crystal is used in the past-life ascension.

In addition, it provides further energy in healing the emotional and physical situations which may be of consequence to the inner knowledge as it is brought to actualization via the ascension.

The phantom crystal can also be used to assist one in meeting a personal spiritual guide.  After surrounding the self in the protection of the purity of the white light, entry to the crystal can be accomplished.  One may enter the crystal via "gazing", via holding the crystal to the area of the third-eye, or via the meditative state-walking through the area of the phantom and/or the garden of delight.  Finding a place to rest quietly, one may wait until the spiritual guide walks down the path to visit.  The wise, compassionate being knows the past, present and future.  You may approach, face to face, and meld with the being.

It is quite excellent for use when talking about personal issues with, and when asking questions of, one's spiritual guide.  One should await the answers and expect sometimes words, sometimes writing, sometimes pictures; recognition will be by understanding.  Convey appreciation to the advisor and make arrangements to meet again.  It is quite helpful to evaluate the information upon return from the journey, and to take appropriate action on the information received.

Phantom crystals have also been used in the treatment of hearing disorders and to stimulate clairaudience.

Use the phantom crystal with respect, humility and patience.

Chlorite-Phantom Quartz Crystals are also unusual.  They combine the energy of the quartz crystal with one of the most powerful healing minerals in the kingdom.  They are used to stimulate the state of inspiration and to further actualization. The chlorite phantom has also been used with amethyst to remove undesirable energy implants; the phantom remembers and helps one to progress back to the time of the implant such that removal is with ease.  Chlorite also assists in healing the void which remains after the removal of the implant.

Etched Quartz Crystal - (From Melody's, Love is in the Earth) This formation has been used to facilitate contact and the transfer of information from the ancient Egyptian civilizations and from Lemuria and Atlantis.  The transliteration of the symbols bring information relevant to one's life at the time of translation.  They were once used in the healing temples of these ancient civilizations and, the markings also contain information of experiences in which they have participated.   They also have contained information with respect to the healing methodology which has been proven successful over eons of time and throughout the universe.  They have been accessed during the meditative state and have provided information concerning techniques utilized in the ancient civilizations of the Earth and of other locations in the Universe. 

The Etched Quartz Crystal is usually a personal mediation crystal.  Meditation with the crystal is easily accomplished by placing the "hieroglyphics" upon the third eye.  Subsequent to this placement, close the eyes, still and open the mind, initiate circular breathing, relax and be prepared to receive the information.

Titanium/Niobium/Gold/Platinum Coated a.k.a.- Flame/Opal/Cobalt/Aqua/Rose Aura:  The company that creates Aurora Crystals has combined nature and science to bring some of the most vibrant colors available to the world of minerals and jewelry. A team of vacuum treatment engineers have developed a technique by which titanium, one of the strongest metals known to man, and quartz, among other minerals, can be bonded together at a molecular level. As it happens, quartz has a strong affinity to titanium and the two materials readily accept each other, acting as one after the bonding process occurs. FACTS ABOUT TITANIUM: The coating combines the metal Titanium (Ti) with Oxygen to create Aurora Crystals. Ti is the tenth most common element in the Earth's crust. Ti is Atomic #22. Ti possesses some very uncommon properties. It is strong and durable. It has the strength of steel while weighing half as much. Ti will take 3000 degrees to melt and it resists most common acids. Ti is the aerospace metal of choice.

When the oxide treatment falls within certain limits of thickness, the phenomena of optical interference produces colors which vary according to the thickness of the film. The colors are produced in a set order as the thickness changes. These beautiful, iridescent colors are both hard and permanent refractive oxides. The colors are permanent as long as the oxide treatment stays intact. Dirt and grease films on the surface will cause the colors to appear dull or fading. Simply wash off the dulling surface oils with soap and water (using no abrasives) and blot dry with a clean paper towel. This will restore the colors to their original luster and brightness.

AURORA CRYSTAL COATING IS PERMANENT. Since the titanium and the mineral are chemically bonded, AURORA CRYSTAL COATING is there to stay unless the crystal somehow gets broken or chipped at which point the natural color of the crystal will show. Like any other crystal, AURORA CRYSTALS SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH CARE.

AURORA CRYSTALS CAN BE CLEANED using a toothbrush with a mild detergent and water. Minerals in the water will add another optical coat to the crystal, much like a water stain on a glass. To avoid this, you may dry the crystal with a towel or use a blow dryer to remove the water molecules from the crystal. Ultrasonic cleaners have been used with no change in color, but we do not recommend it. Abrasives should never be used on AURORA CRYSTALS.

The bonded titanium is chemically inert and does not interact with fresh water, salt water or the bleach used for cleaning. Fish are absolutely safe in aquariums which contain AURORA CRYSTALS.

SPIRIT QUARTZ By MELODY

SPIRIT QUARTZ is a most enchanting crystal! I have worked with ones that are Amethyst and the ones that are clear– the only difference I have found between them is that the Amethyst SPIRIT QUARTZ brings also the qualities of Amethyst (reported in “Love Is In The Earth-A Kaleidoscope Of Crystals Update”).

This crystal can be used in meditation to provide insights to family and/or community problems. It is also estimable for those employed by organizations that assist others (e.g. teachers, hospitals, etc.); the energy helps to stimulate a group cohesiveness and a willingness to work together. It also assists in bringing the “group” energy of other crystals to the surrounding environment, enhancing harmony and peace in groups, in the family, and in other social and/or business environments. The crystal is a wonderful companion when one is experiencing the loss of a loved one, bringing understanding of the process and assisting in transition (for both).

It has also been used via placement in the center of a group, while the group is involved in healing or spiritual issues, in order to facilitate the connection with the energy between all members. It is quite useful in healing configurations (see “Love Is In The Earth-Laying-On–Of-Stones”), to generate the abundance of energy available.

SPIRIT QUARTZ has also been used to increase both physical and intellectual fertility.

It appears that the energy generated by SPIRIT QUARTZ is directly proportional to the number of crystals which overlay the single (or multiple) crystal(s).

It has also been used to activate and to cleanse other minerals, to enhance and to increase the energy of other minerals, and to activate the properties of same. It has also been used to enhance the energy transfer of other minerals to stimulate healing on all levels.. It can also be used to stimulate the manifestation of “abundance” in ones life (abundance in the sense of “more” of something-directing the energy of the SPIRIT QUARTZ toward that which is desired has been shown to facilitate an increase in that which is manifested).

The energy is multi-functional; energy moves outward in many directions, and this quartz structure has the capacity to draw or to transmit energy through the many paths provided by the crystals covering the main structures. SPIRIT QUARTZ can also be used to assist in providing one protection from mental and physical harm, and to assist one in maintaining a field of protection.

It symbolizes patience and perseverance; this is quite important during healing situations.

In addition, SPIRIT QUARTZ has been used to move sickness from the body to a location which transforms the disorder from negativity to positive energy [i.e. the location is pre-determined and is, for example, a black hole which is filled with white light.] The process includes working with the crystal similarly to working with a laser wand – using spiral rotation and pulling the sickness from the body.

It has also been used to elevate ones sense of self-worth, and to relieve one of difficult memories from the past – the “ridding” is such that the memory is there and shows the positive benefit derived from the experience; the memory, however, is not foremost in the mind, and, hence, the focus is directed to the positive. (E.g. karmic connections have been determined with respect to events which ones occurred in ones life}.

SPIRIT QUARTZ has also been used to facilitate ascension, providing for a viewing of ones life on this plane [during this lifetime]. It can be used during “re-birthing” sessions to enhance ones understanding of both the blockages which are removed and the reasons for which they existed.

It both opens and activates the crown chakra, and assists one to channel desire toward the “proper” goals, assisting one to adjust and to be comfortable in all situations. Again, it tends to remove “fear”.

It has been used to provide for a smooth transition from the beta to the alpha level, where extra-sensory perception is stimulated. And, brings the spirituality of the higher planes into the healing ceremonies while focusing the energy deep within the “essence” of the matter; i.e. the energy is directed to the “center” of the cell, to the “heart” of the disability, to the “nucleus” of the subtle bodies, and most importantly, to the “heart” of the center of the etheric body, where re-structuring of the physical, mental, or emotional disorders can occur. The SPIRIT QUARTZ also has been shown to provide protection of ones inner structure!

It is an excellent configuration for transmission of directional energy. In situations of physical healing, it has further served to return the healing energy to the user. It allows one to see the duality of ones nature, rectifying the negative and building the positive. It has been shown to assist one in “visioning”, meditation, and in a strong connection with the Inner Self, as well as with the Higher Self.

This crystal has been used to view situations, which appear to be devastating, and assist these situations in fulfilling themselves – utilizing the law of perfect order of the universe and the creativity of natural completion – i.e, facilitating ease of movement and understanding.

Currently SPIRIT QUARTZ is being used in the treatment of skin eruptions and allergic reactions which are manifested via the skin (via elixir). It has been used in the treatment of colon disorders, in detoxification of the body, and in obsessive behavior patterns.
